Kendrick Reynolds

Co-Owner/Managing Member 

Kendrick Reynolds, a dedicated leader with a wealth of experience and expertise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He further advanced his knowledge by obtaining a Master of Engineering degree in Project Management from the University of Maryland, College Park. This strong educational foundation equips him to tackle complex challenges in the engineering and project management fields.

With over 13 years of experience, Kendrick has honed his skills as both an Engineer and as a leader in Project Management. He spent over 10 years at PEPCO, an electric utility serving the Washington, DC metro area, where he led numerous engineering projects that emphasized efficiency and innovation. His role involved collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions in energy management and infrastructure development. Additionally, Kendrick served as a Program Manager for WMATA, where he oversaw significant engineering initiatives, enhancing transportation infrastructure and operational efficiency.
