Demetries Gibson brings a diverse skill set with expertise in engineering, construction, project management, and intellectual properties. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Master of Engineering in Project Management from the University of Maryland, providing a strong foundation for tackling complex challenges.
With over 15 years of hands-on experience at top organizations like Exelon - PEPCO, AWS, Department of Commerce, and more, Demetries has successfully led engineering initiatives that prioritize efficiency, innovation, and infrastructure advancement.
As the driving force behind Geop Solutions, Demetries is dedicated to creating sustainable solutions that deliver lasting value for clients and the communities we serve.
Kendrick Reynolds
Co-Owner/Managing Member
Kendrick Reynolds is a seasoned leader with extensive expertise in engineering and project management. Holding a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Master of Engineering in Project Management from the University of Maryland, he is well-equipped to solve complex challenges.
With over 15 years of experience, including over a decade at PEPCO and as a Program Manager for WMATA, Kendrick has led impactful engineering projects focused on efficiency, innovation, and infrastructure development.
As the leader of Geop Solutions, Kendrick is committed to delivering sustainable solutions that positively impact clients and communities.
